Shipping policy
My order says delivered but has not arrived!
I do recommend going to your local post office and asking about your order with the tracking number. Please contact us via email or business #.
I put the wrong address!
If you put the wrong address contact me through my business phone number
(980-279-6715) with the name on the order and the new address before the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped unfortunately there is nothing I can do to change the address while an order is in transit.
I received my item damaged
If you receive your item(s) damaged you have 24 Hours to report the damage and send pictures of the damaged items. If your items are clearly damaged due to USPS I will resend you your order or provide a refund. Please make sure to contact me through my business phone number (980-279-6715).
